Croissant Neuf Summer Party – 8th to 11th August
Croissant Neuf Summer Party is the best kept secret on the UK festival scene.
It is a family friendly festival with a seriously green conscience and has the awards to prove it! The solar-powered site is a haven for families with a bursting line-up of music, circus, fun and games, situated in the stunning hills near Usk in Monmouthshire.
Croissant Neuf Summer Party isn’t just a festival; it’s a holiday with the family in an idyllic setting. As well as all the music is a jam-packed programme of crafts, workshops, therapies, games and activities to get stuck into. There is a dedicated kids area stuffed to the brim with circus equipment, the Circomedia trapeze rig to play on, a Saturday night Circus-Spectacular curated by Gerry Flanagan and the weekend is topped off with everyone on site joining the Sunday lantern procession to the Iron Age hill fort, making the ancient site glow in preparation for the closing fire show.
The theme for this year is Medieval Merriment and as well as encouraging guests to come in their finest king, queen, knight, dragon, rat-catcher, peasant, wench (etc!) outfits, there will be themed Village Green games, music and a whole treasure chest of surprises that will be announced closer to the festival.
